Meet Judy
Judy Maxwell has been helping customers in Shasta County since 1993. Judy Maxwell is a Chartered Financial Consultant and a financial advisor with Mutual of Omaha Investor Services, Inc. To attain the Chartered Financial Consultant designation she completed nine comprehensive college-level courses, a financial exam, and met the years of industry experience required by the American College.
She is also a member of multiple prestigious associations and organizations in Shasta County. She was the former president of the local chapter of the California Association of Health Underwriters and the former president of the Shasta Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Judy is a former board member of the Redding Chamber of Commerce and an active member of the Rotary Club in Redding and Redding Chamber of Commerce.

Michelle Alice
Operations Manager and Business Insurance
Michelle is the administrative backbone of our team. Working in the accounting field for over 30 years, she began her career as a clerk for her family's local business in the mid-80s. She enjoys multi-tasking and has many different responsibilities, including bookkeeping and payroll. Michelle joined us in 2014 and obtained her insurance license three years later. She specializes in commercial property and liability insurance. Earning Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees, she has a variety of strengths and interests, considering herself a sci-fi nerd.

Jennifer Beers
Medicare, Life Insurance and Individual Health
Jennifer has many years of experience in all areas of customer service. A valuable team member since 2017, she specializes in the needs of our senior clients, as well as individual health, life, long term care, critical illness, and dental and vision insurance. Here to help with Medicare Open enrollment for the ever-evolving Part D prescription drug, and individual insurance needs, Jennifer makes our clients feel welcome and offers her assistance with a friendly and caring attitude. Outside of the work week, she enjoys quick getaways with her husband on the weekends as well as spending time with their two grandchildren.

Shannon Bushnell
Individual Health, Dental & Vision and Group Benefits
Shannon has been our group and individual health specialist, as well as Judy's administrative assistant for investment and retirement plans since 2016. Working in a variety of roles for over 20 years, she has witnessed the struggle employers often face when developing a quality employee benefit package. With that understanding, Shannon can help you find the right medical, dental, and vision plans to keep your staff happy while staying within your budget. She enjoys riding horses on her property in her spare time as well as putting brush, or pen to canvas creating art for her personal enjoyment or pet portraits for commission.

Destry Trede

Destry Trede, named for the 1939 "Destry Rides Again" starring Jimmy Stewart! He is part of our personal lines team and looks at each insurance quote carefully to make sure the proper plan or plans go into effect for our client base. He came aboard summer of 2023 but has years of experience with insurance and customer service.
He enjoys meeting and getting to know his clients. Talking with them and learning about them helps him design an insurance package that best fits their needs. He is a Red Bluff native, and he and his family have been involved with the famous Red Bluff Round Up for generations. Destry enjoys spending time with his wife and is the proud dad of two sons.

Bryan Lee Davies

Bryan Davies has been a licensed insurance professional since 2003, offering clients over two decades of industry experience and insight. His diverse background includes work in construction, law, and property management, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of risk and coverage needs across multiple sectors.
Bryan specializes in a wide range of insurance solutions, including business and personal lines, commercial and residential property, personal and commercial liability, professional liability, worker's compensation, and coverage for home, auto, watercraft, and aircraft. His goal is to help clients navigate the complexities of insurance with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys sailing and woodworking. He resides in a mountain cabin with his wife and their tuxedo cat.
